Changes to specific taxes on digital financial services in Cote d'Ivoire

    Côte d’Ivoire applies a 0.5 per cent tax on the value of all money transfers from mobile operators. The tax has been was abrogated in the same year.
  2. Annexe Fiscale à La Loi N°2018-984 Du 28 Décembre 2018, Budget 2019. Art 14.
    Côte d’Ivoire includes mobile money transfers in the scope of three taxes with a total rate of 7.2 per cent.
